ABOUT
The human behind the practice

I've spent more than two decades in rooms where big decisions get made - leading teams at Manulife, RBC, TD, Apple, BMO, Gluskin Sheff/Onex and Vanguard, building brands, launching products, and shaping the strategies that drive real results. What I've learned across all of it is simple: the work only lands when it's rooted in something true.
That belief is what ETHOS HAUS is built on.
What I do
I help organizations solve complex business problems through the lens of brand, marketing, communications, and customer experience — rebuilding brand architectures, developing go-to-market strategies, redesigning customer journeys, and helping leadership teams get aligned before they take a vision to market.
The through-line in all of it is strategy that connects. Not a slide deck that gets filed away after the offsite. Not recommendations that leave your team nodding in the room and paralyzed at their desks. A living framework that shapes decisions, focuses resources, and creates the kind of momentum you can measure in numbers — and feel in the energy of a team that finally knows where it's going.
What I bring
More than twenty years of leading brand, marketing, communications, and customer experience at
some of the world's most recognized organizations across financial services, wealth management, technology, and beyond. I've built and transformed brands, launched products, led global teams, grown advisor and client engagement, and developed strategies that delivered measurable results at every level of the funnel. I've spent my career in industries where trust is everything, and where brand, communications, and experience have to work together seamlessly.
Why started ETHOS HAUS
I wanted to bring a level of rigour to leaders who needed a true thinking partner — not a vendor. Someone who listens before recommending. Who asks the uncomfortable questions. Who cares about your outcome as much as you do. Someone who could work at the intersection of brand, strategy, and human experience without the layers, the politics, or the one-size-fits-all frameworks.
But more than that — I wanted to do work with soul in it.
ETHOS is the character, values, and spirit that make an organization distinctly itself.
HAUS is built with care and craft — not assembled quickly and forgotten, but designed to last.
That's the kind of work I do. And when soul drives the work, growth isn't just measured in numbers — it's experienced in the people who feel it.
